Our drum team-building brings people together through music and allows you to experience teamwork first-hand. Drumming together generates energy, motivation and a strong sense of togetherness – no prior musical experience is required.

In this professionally led percussion workshop, participants discover how simple rhythms develop into shared beats. Our experienced musicians and team-building experts guide the team step by step towards musical harmony. Every individual is actively involved and contributes to the collective outcome.

Seating in a circle or oval promotes communication, attentiveness and synchronisation. Everyone can see and hear one another; hierarchies fade into the background and genuine teamwork emerges. It is precisely this dynamic that makes the drum circle particularly effective for cooperation and team spirit.

We use high-quality instruments such as cajones, djembes, bass drums, shakers and other percussion instruments – tailored to the group size and objectives. We also incorporate body percussion and vocals. The workshop has an energising effect, reduces stress and creates a shared sense of achievement.
