Structure meets colour: design your individual mixed media artwork as a team.
Experience a unique combination of painting and textile art. In this workshop, modern acrylic painting and the meditative technique of punch needling merge to create a three-dimensional mural. Under professional guidance, you will transfer your motif to a stretcher frame, add colourful accents with brushes and give the work a fascinating depth with punched wool elements. A creative experience that creates exciting contrasts between matt surfaces and soft relief structures.
Conservation of resources & sustainability philosophy
In my studio, I attach great importance to the responsible use of materials:
- Regional craftsmanship: I source my stretcher frames as individual parts from Germany and cover them myself by hand with the appropriate fabric. This ensures short transport routes and high quality craftsmanship.
- Efficient use of materials: As the wool is supplied on large rolls, we only use as much as is actually needed for the artwork in question. This minimises waste to a minimum.
- Long-lasting works of art: The combination of high-quality materials creates timeless design objects that are intended to be a permanent part of your interior.
- Efficient logistics: As a mobile studio, I will visit you directly on site for groups of 13 or more. This saves many participants having to travel individually and thus reduces the event's CO2 emissions.
No, absolutely not! The format is perfect for beginners. I will send you modern motif templates to choose from in advance, which we will transfer to the canvas together. During the workshop, I will accompany you intensively every step of the way.
