The teams are provided with a fully equipped cooking station with aprons, boards, knives, crockery etc.. The teams also receive recipe instructions that explain the team dish step-by-step.
The small groups are guided through the preparation by the professional chef, who switches between the groups and is supported by kitchen assistants.
While the chef prepares the remaining dishes on the barbecue, the table is set together. A "short workshop" is held for this purpose, in which the perfect table setting is shown and this is implemented together by the participants at their seats. Afterwards, the participants can enjoy the prepared dishes and then round off the evening in a cosy atmosphere. Participants receive a recipe folder with the recipes of the day and a cookery diploma.
