You only need to be 18 years old. On the day of the course, you are not allowed to consume alcohol or any other condition-altering substances. All safety-relevant aspects will be explained and adhered to on site. We will provide you with equipment such as safety goggles and hearing protection. We will also provide you with weapons and the corresponding equipment.
