Chain reaction - getting big things rolling together
A small impulse - and suddenly everything starts to move. Balls roll, mechanisms interlock, elements disengage... and in the end, many individual ideas become one big whole.
That's what this team challenge is all about: creating something together that only works if everyone works together perfectly.
This is how it works:
In teams, you build your own section of a large chain reaction using materials such as wood, pipes and various construction elements - very much in the style of a Rube Goldberg machine.
Creativity, tinkering and coordination are required, because in the end all the elements have to be linked together. Only if every station works will the entire chain reaction run successfully.
The grand finale: the moment when everything comes together - and your joint construction comes to life.
Your added value:
Promotes creativity and solution-orientated thinking
Strengthens collaboration and coordination within the team
Connects individual teams to form a larger whole
Makes communication and interfaces visible
Creates a shared sense of achievement with a wow effect
What makes it special:
The end result is a collective structure in which everyone is involved - visible, tangible and a real symbol of successful teamwork.
