Teamschmiede

The Team Forge is our signature event for genuine team development: starting with a shared idea, a unique sculpture takes shape through the use of a hammer, fire and teamwork – planned, forged and completed by the participants themselves.

To begin with, the group works together with Prof. Heiner Zimmermann to develop the form and message of the artwork. The sculpture can visualise goals, values, seminar content, project phases or change processes – right through to challenging topics such as collaboration or mediation. In this way, an event becomes a lasting symbol that continues to have an impact within the organisation.

On request, coaches can support the process using the Team Management System, the Team Performance Model, LEGO® Serious Play® or storytelling. This makes Teamschmiede particularly suitable for team development, kick-offs, project launches, Christmas parties and strategic workshops.

Larger groups or several departments can also take part. Whilst one team is building, another might be working in the Cookroom or on a GPS game, for example. After about an hour, the groups swap – and each group continues what the previous one started. In the case of the corporate sculpture, this results in a collaborative work created across several teams or sessions.

After the forging event, food can be served straight from a food truck and the forge can be used as a dinner venue . To round off the evening perfectly, we also offer a meat tasting featuring Beefer, Burn a brettle and an air fryer. We’ll serve wines from volcanic soil ;) The event should start between 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm at the latest; a later start is not possible for organisational reasons.

The Team Forge combines craftsmanship, reflection, enjoyment and shared experiences into an extraordinary format, where collaboration is not just discussed but visibly forged.
