Stil-Genuss-Erfolg organises corporate evenings centred around fish. Under the title ‘The Fish Sommelier Invites You’, companies invite their customers, business partners or their team to an evening where enjoyment and good conversation take centre stage.

Guests arrive, take their seats and enjoy oysters, lobster or whole fish. With each course, I explain where the fish comes from and what matters most. Table manners are covered along the way, without any lecturing. The evening lasts just under four hours. On request, it can begin with a fish-preparation workshop: guests get to know the produce, fillet their own fish and take it home with them. This takes a good two hours.

I am a fish sommelier (IHK), business etiquette trainer (IHK), event manager (IHK) and master of fish trade, with 35 years’ experience in the profession. Craftsmanship, culinary enjoyment and planning all come from a single source with me, from the initial idea right through to the final glass.

The evening takes place at your venue or at a partner venue. I operate in Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Luxembourg and the Greater Region; the format is also available throughout the German-speaking world. All evenings are conducted in German.
