Out of the office and into the countryside: your team-building day with alpacas near Linz.
An alpaca on a lead, fresh air and finally some time to have a natter: at Mühlviertler Bio Alpakas, you’ll enjoy a company outing that gets you all out into the open air together.
At our family-run organic farm in Eidenberg, about 20 minutes from Linz , you ’ll get to know our animals and go for a walk with the alpacas through the Mühlviertel countryside. During the farm tour, you’ll discover farm life, organic farming and rare breeds of animals.
We’ll tailor your team day to your preferences. Why not complement the walk with, for example:
Walk & Talk, team-building exercises and mindfulness activities
Yoga or Tai Chi on the alpaca pasture in summer
Pottery, silk painting or calligraphy
Insights into permaculture and self-sufficiency
Taiwanese tea tasting or a punch to round off the day
Laura, a postgraduate student in psychology and qualified mental coach, will be on hand to provide guidance on communication, mindfulness and taking conscious breaks, if requested.
Available all year round for company outings, team-building days and Christmas parties. Duration on the farm: approximately two to six hours, depending on the programme. We’ll tailor additional activities to suit the season and availability.
Our alpacas can also come to you! Whether at the office, on your company premises, at a Christmas party, wedding or other special occasions: we bring animal encounters directly to your event. For getting to know them and feeding them, for special photos or as a surprise for staff and guests. We’ll discuss the schedule and on-site options together.
By booking with us, you’re supporting our organic farm and our commitment to preserving endangered breeds of farm animals and rare plant varieties.
Please send us your group size, preferred date, venue and any specific requests – we’ll send you a personalised quote.
If you’d like to have an alpaca visit at your (Christmas) party or in the office, it’s best to have an outdoor area or a spacious indoor area, as well as a car park for cars and trailers.
Sustainability is part of our everyday farm life. We run our family farm organically, combining agriculture with permaculture, self-sufficiency and the preservation of biodiversity.
We are committed to preserving livestock breeds at risk of extinction, as well as rare plant and seed varieties. Through farm tours and workshops, we bring this diversity to life and provide practical insights into natural cycles, conscious consumption and the mindful use of resources.
We also make use of the wool from our alpacas and sheep, processing it into durable products. On request, groups can join our ‘Wool Journey’ to learn about the journey from fibre to finished product.
During our alpaca experiences, we ensure the animals are treated with respect and their needs are taken into account. By booking with us, you are supporting our organic farm and our commitment to the conservation of rare animal breeds and plant varieties.
