An improvisation theatre workshop is the perfect communication booster for any team:
Using methods of applied improvisation, you will rediscover the team spirit in this workshop, get to know your colleagues in a completely new way and break down old patterns. It's all about communication, charisma and better "reading" the other person. Of course, there will also be a lot of laughter. Don't worry: no one will be on stage performing theatre at this team-building event. But maybe it's time to get out of your comfort zone - because that's the only exciting part.
Participants can expect a mixture of warm-up games that teach the basics of improvised theatre:
1. Say yes
2. Fail cheerfully
3. Responding to the other person
You will work on these basics in group workshops with changing constellations and (if desired) create a concrete reference to the participants' everyday working life. The workshop should last at least 2 hours, but can also be organised as a full-day event. We will set a focus together with you.
Focus on getting to know each other and building trust:
Interactive and fun workshop elements to help all participants get to know each other better and develop a sense of togetherness
Focus on communication:
Elements from the school of improvisational theatre that promote perception, empathy, listening, understanding and interaction within the team
Focus on creativity:
To strengthen co-creativity and inspiration, the unbiased generation and realisation of new ideas
For the participants, an improv workshop is a real team experience that is great fun and really welds them together. This also strengthens the sense of togetherness in the long term.
