inTakt – Many rhythms. One shared experience.
inTakt gets large groups moving together and brings people together through rhythm. Whether there are 60 or over 400 participants – within a short space of time, a shared musical experience emerges in which everyone actively takes part.
Using accessible percussion instruments such as sticks, shakers, hand drums and boomwhackers, simple rhythmic elements are gradually woven together into a powerful ensemble performance. Different voices, synchronised entries, breaks and call-and-response create dynamism, focus and a tangible sense of community.
It’s not about prior musical knowledge or perfection, but about the shared experience. Each person becomes part of a larger rhythmic whole and contributes to the collective result.
inTakt is particularly well-suited to meetings, congresses, conferences and larger corporate events. Whether as an energising opener, a group energiser or a musical highlight, the format injects new energy into the event and creates a unifying experience that transcends departments and hierarchies.
The team event lasts 45 to 60 minutes, can be flexibly adapted to different group sizes and event formats, and can be held anywhere in Germany. No prior musical experience is required.
A sufficiently large venue is required for the event, where all participants can gather together and take an active part.
The venue should be suitable for a rhythmic team event in terms of noise levels. For larger groups, a suitable sound system with a microphone may be required. The technical requirements will be agreed on a case-by-case basis in advance.
Both indoor and outdoor events are possible. If the event is to be held outdoors, a suitable alternative venue must be available in the event of bad weather.
Access at ground level, where possible, or good access for the delivery of the instruments is desirable.
No. inTakt is structured in such a way that all participants can take part, regardless of their musical experience. The rhythms are first sung together and then played on the instruments, step by step.
