What is boules? Pétanque is a fascinating ball sport from the south of France with over 100 years of tradition. The aim is simple but exciting: heavy iron balls must be placed as close as possible to a small target ball. As a strategic team sport (usually in teams of three), it promotes communication, tactics and team spirit.
