Business etiquette
Who hasn't experienced this? You go out for a meal with a customer and suddenly there are numerous pitfalls. Starting with the question of who should be the first to enter the restaurant, where and how best to sit, the puzzle of who chooses the food and drinks and how to behave in the event of intolerances or complaints, right through to the grand finale: the bill. And in between, the bladder pinches, the person sitting next to you gets bored and the babysitter calls on the mobile phone. A business dinner should be relaxed and leave room for communication and "chemistry"... Don't be afraid of "aristocratic" menus, dangerous fish bones and a taciturn neighbour.
