The poker table as a training ground for leadership, communication and decision-making.
Business seminars for C-level executives, sales teams and staff
We link your business objectives to the game of poker, thereby ensuring lasting results. We tangibly improve the quality of decision-making, communication and collaboration in day-to-day working life – using an interactive learning format that sticks.
What we can learn from the poker table for our everyday lives:
Preparation 1: Know the rules and your exact objective
Preparation 2: Reality check: How strong are you really?
Market and competitor analysis: Who are you up against? How should you deal with them?
Strategy: Act correctly, taking all the facts into account. Now.
Conclusion: Be ready for the final stage. Will the customer buy? Are your staff motivated? Have you made the right decisions?
Reflection: What went well, and what didn’t? What can we learn for next time?

Our GAME PLAN
We combine behavioural psychology, decision-making logic and experiential learning in a clearly structured seminar process.
Participants practise real-world business skills in a safe, interactive environment – with direct application to their day-to-day leadership and team tasks.
Team Poker
Deciding together, working together successfully
Structured methods for collaborative decision-making – for greater clarity, commitment and personal responsibility within the team.
The ‘Game Plan’ employee and leadership development programme can be booked as a complete package, with or without additional modules. Individual modules can also be commissioned separately.
The Game Plan has a modular structure, with the basic seminar being a prerequisite for all further modules. No prior knowledge of poker is required.
We never play for real money; we use poker purely as a learning method.
