Sheep react immediately to the behaviour of a group. Only when communication, trust, leadership and cooperation are working effectively will the flock move towards its goal as one. It is precisely this that yields valuable insights which can be directly applied to everyday working life.

Following an introduction, participants get to know our animals and take part in initial trust-building exercises. The team then works together to guide the flock of sheep safely. In the process, roles, communication and decision-making processes become apparent in a natural way.

Through group discussion, we reflect on the experiences and apply the insights gained to everyday working life.
