Step away from the daily grind and onto the stage: at this creative theatre team-building event, the team gets to experience itself in a completely different light. Through playful theatre and improvisation exercises, new connections are forged, surprising moments arise and there’s plenty of shared laughter.
The focus isn’t on acting skills or a perfect performance, but on the shared experience. Participants react spontaneously to one another, develop short scenes and stories, switch perspectives and, in the process, discover new sides to themselves and their colleagues.
The format combines creativity with genuine team-building: it promotes communication, attentiveness, trust, presence and collaboration. At the same time, it creates a shared experience that leaves a lasting impression.
The team event is led by experienced theatre educators or theatre professionals and is tailored to the group size, occasion and desired objectives. No prior experience is required. Whether it’s a team-building day, a staff outing, a kick-off, a project wrap-up or a creative boost in between: the aim here is to try things out together, have a laugh and push your boundaries.
On request, specific areas such as communication, storytelling, presence or collaboration can be given greater emphasis.
