Not fewer conflicts. Greater ability to deal with conflict.
Wherever people work together, tensions arise. That is normal. What matters is how teams and organisations deal with them.
Unresolved conflicts, entrenched positions or recurring friction drain energy, erode trust and reduce performance. Often, the cause lies not only with the people involved, but also in unclear roles, conflicting expectations, leadership behaviour or organisational structures.
This is precisely where I come in.
I support teams, managers and organisations in resolving deadlocked conflicts, re-establishing dialogue and sustainably improving their collaboration.
My approach combines professional conflict resolution with systemic organisational development. I look not only at what happens between people, but also at the conditions that allow conflicts to arise or escalate.
This is not about achieving quick harmony or one-off team-building exercises. It is about making even difficult topics discussable, facilitating mutual understanding, clarifying responsibilities and jointly developing viable solutions.
With over 20 years’ leadership experience of my own, sound consultancy expertise and a clear understanding of people and organisations, I combine empathy with clarity and a healthy dose of pragmatism.
My aim: not just to resolve the current conflict, but to empower teams and organisations to deal with tensions and differences more constructively in future.
After all, good collaboration does not mean that there are no conflicts. It means being able to deal with them.
We use sustainable facilitation materials and work predominantly with digital handouts. We also travel either by public transport or in electric cars.
