All classic brewing courses take place in the Bierkulturhaus and guarantee active participation in all steps of the brewing process, professional supervision, draft beers, unlimited soft drinks, coffee & tea, high-quality beer-based farewell gifts as well as

• Tasting of classic beers from Germany and Austria
• Hot brewer's buffet with roast pork, dumplings and coleslaw (vegetarian alternative possible)
• Guided tour of the Trumer private brewery Josef Sigl
• Brewer honour certificate for "Traditional Brewer"
• 2 x 25 litre kegs of home-brewed beer incl. tapping device

The minimum number of people for the brewing course is 15. It is also possible to come with fewer people, but then the flat rate of Euro 1,490 is due.
