Participants bring clothes they no longer wear to transform them into unique pieces using customisation techniques that do not require a sewing machine.

Services:

Transform old garments into new, wearable pieces - without a sewing machine! Participants bring their own pieces and learn different techniques (such as iron-on trims and reflective tape, textile hand painting and markers, fabric glue and hot glue, press-on metal eyelets, rivets and chains) to personalise the clothes. Even leftover or outdated branded items can be transformed into something fresh and wearable. Whether tote bags, T-shirts, hoodies or caps, participants can spice up the items with the following: fabric remnants to cover logos, metal details such as chains and rivets, textile hand painting and markers, reflective and iron-on embellishments.

MATERIALS All necessary tools and additional materials will be provided. Participants will need to bring their own base pieces to work on. This is to encourage them to recognise the value of what they already have. Available in English and Spanish only, the event will take place at your venue (office, function room, etc.) or we can arrange a suitable location. The company is based in Berlin, there is an additional charge for transport to other German cities.
