Welcome & Introduction Mira Waterkotte—German Rope Skipping Champion and Germany’s only full-time professional rope skipper—shares her experiences and provides insights into her one-of-a-kind career.

Rope Skipping Workshop Communication exercises using the jump rope, featuring both jumping and non-jumping activities. Easy-to-master challenges designed for individuals, partners, small groups, and the entire team—always with a focus on fun and heart health. These include simple movements that can easily be replicated in an office setting.

Collaborative Highlight: Jump Rope Crafting Prior to the event, individual ropes can be customized. These ropes are assembled by traditional German companies in my inclusive manufactory (a specialized workshop for people with disabilities). They can be personalized with name engravings and designed in corporate colors. During the event, participants work together to assemble a large rope, serving as a powerful symbol of collaboration and inclusion within the company.
