Forest bathing - strengthen your team - reduce stress - recharge your batteries
Shinrin Yoku comes from Japan and loosely translates as "a bath in the forest air". Forest bathing is subsidised by the state there as a preventative health measure, as it prevents exhaustion. Forest bathing reduces stress and restores balance. The self-healing powers are activated and body and mind can regenerate. Letting go of thoughts and deep relaxation allows creativity to flow. Forest bathing improves resilience and helps to strengthen teams.
